Did you make a mistake this Valentine's Day? Maybe you forgot a
card, some flowers or you completely forgot that February 14th is
Valentine's Day. Well, here's your chance to make up for your
mistake. The CW Chattanooga and Rock 105 are giving away three prize
packages that are sure to erase any ill will you may have accumulated. Just
watch Two and a Half Men at 7pm on the CW Chattanooga. During the
show, Billy and Boner from Rock 105 will show you the character who
broke the rules of love. Send that answer in an e-mail along with your
name, address, phone number, e-mail address and age to
contest@thecwchattanooga.net. Three winners will be chosen at
random for the three prize packs. To see all the contents of the

Official Contest Rules
How to enter: Watch Two and a Half Men on the CW
Chattanooga weeknights at 7PM for the Who Broke the Rules of Love character to
appear. E-mail your answer to
contest@thecwchattanooga.net Dates of
execution are Monday February 15 through Friday February 26, 2010.
Selection of Winners:
One (1) grand prize winner, one (1) second place
winner and one (1) third place winner will be chosen after the contest is over.
Winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Public
Release and any other document that The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV may
require. Failure to execute any
documentation shall result in immediate forfeiture of the prize and the selection
of the alternate winner. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: One
(1) grand prize winner will be awarded a one-night stay at the Double Tree
hotel, one (1) $500 gift certificate from Wright Jewelers, cupcake bouquet from
Whipped Cupcakes and two (2) behind-the-scenes passes to the Tennessee Aquarium
& two (2) passes to the IMAX theater.
One (1) second place winner will be awarded one (1) $100 gift
certificate from Wright Jewelers, $50 gift certificate from Whipped Cupcakes,
passes for two (2) to the Tennessee Aquarium.
One (1) third place winner will be awarded one (1) $25 gift certificate
from Whipped Cupcakes, tickets for two (2) to the IMAX theater. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of
any prizes is permitted other than a substitution by The CW Chattanooga WFLI
TV. Prizes can not be exchanged or
redeemed for cash.
Eligibility: This contest is open to legal
residents of the United
States.
To be eligible, a valid entry must be submitted the day of the
contest. A valid entry must include
all information required to be provided on the entry form. This contest is void where prohibited by
law. Employees of New Age Media of
Tennessee, LLC., Clear Channel, MPS Media of TN, LLC and its respective affiliates,
their respective immediate family members, and personnel of other TV and
radio stations whose broadcast signals are received in the Chattanooga,
Tennessee designated market area are not eligible to enter or win. You
must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years old, who is eligible to work in
the United States. You are ineligible if you have been
the recipient of this prize in the past, or received any prize from New
Age Media of Tennessee,
or it’s other affiliates within six months of this contest. Employees, shareholders, officers,
directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family members and
those living in the same household of The CW Television Network.
General Conditions:
Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms
of these official rules and by the decisions of The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV,
which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and
regulations apply. All taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be
notified at the end of the contest. The
inability to notify or contact a winner, the non-responsiveness of a winner, or
the winner’s failure to accept the prize may result in disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner, assuming The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV has, in
its sole discretion, sufficient time to select an alternate winner. Winners will be required to pick up prizes at
The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV. By entering,
each entrant concedes to and grants to The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV and Rock 105
WRXR the right to use, publish or broadcast, without additional compensation,
the entrant’s voice, name and likeness online, in print, via broadcast and in
any other media in connection with the contest. The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV
makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape, audiotape,
or likeness of a winner will be broadcast or other wise used in any manner. By entering, participants, on their own
behalf and on behalf of their family members, dependents, friends, relatives,
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and hold harmless The CW
Chattanooga WFLI TV and Rock 105 WRXR, its affiliates, directors, officers,
stockholders, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries,
loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or

Disqualifications: We
reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute
discretion, any individual from any of the auditions for any reason or for no
reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these
rules, or tampering with the entry process or the audition process. We also reserve the right to change the rules
and procedures at any time.
